Jerry has been providing financial services and advice to businesses and individuals since 1978.

 He spent the first 18 years of his professional career working with some of Houston’s most successful and entrepreneurial companies.

He was a corporate treasury officer at a Fortune 500 company, which he assisted in taking public on the New York Stock Exchange

He is a Texas Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and holds Certified Financial Planner (CFP^®) and Certified Cash Manager (CCM) designations.

Jerry is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative of LPL Financial.
Jerry also holds Life, Health, Disability and Variable Insurance Licenses in the State of Texas.

Jerry’s emphasis is on providing holistic wealth management services to a select clientele. He acts as a personal CFO to his clients and works primarily with small business owners and the complex and inter-related planning needs that they have for themselves and their businesses. 

Mr. Maly is an active member of the international Financial Planning Association (FPA) and the Houston Chapter of the FPA. Jerry graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (B.S.B.A), with a double major in accounting and economics.

Jerry and his wife, Mary Jayne, reside in Houston, Texas and are active members of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, where Jerry is an Acolyte, Eucharistic Minister and is on the Parish Pastoral Council.
